Daze, a leading B2B tech digital marketing agency, is looking for a junior project manager.
We are looking for an experienced digital marketer to manage our clients’ projects, and lead the communication between them and our in-house professional teams.
This is a temporary position with a substantial option to stay.
The ideal candidate will have impeccable delivery and interpersonal skills along with the ability to create win/win environments for all parties in every situation. This candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service experience and help Daze teams achieve customer goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage a range of digital marketing projects.
- Manage and control of the customer’s project work plan, making sure that requirements, budget & timeline are met.
- Responsible for ongoing statuses with daze customers and professional staff
- Managing multiple work interfaces and ongoing tasks metrically
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Daze’s customers.
Qualifications
- At least 1-year experience in B2B digital marketing agency or as PM of digital marketing projects in B2B companies.
- At least 1-year experience in customer success
- Outstanding project management skills demonstrated by the ability to coordinate between multiple interfaces.
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Self-organized with a strong multi-tasking orientation
- People’s person – great communication skills
- Familiarity with tasks and team management platforms (Asana, Monday etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English- native level.
This position is a full-time position at Herzliya office.
